Two weeks minimum — that's our prep window. Popular summer weekends fill six to eight weeks out, so earlier is always safer. The calendar above only shows dates we can actually take.

Our picnics and bubble tent experiences are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, your event will be rescheduled. Payments are non-refundable but transferable to a new date.
